Within the dedicated menu, the following sections are available:
- General Situation – Last 7 days – contains the main indicators on the performance of the last week.
- Turnover statistics–shows overall business performance over the year or a selected period, with detail by individual customer.
- Item statistics – highlights the sales performance of individual items or product/service categories, over the year or a selected period.
- Tire statistics-shows trends in tire service over the year or a selected period, with focus by brand, caliper, seasonality, and ability to filter by vehicle type.
- Revision statistics-aggregates data on revisions performed by the center in the selected year or month, filterable by vehicle type.
While the first 3 sections are available to all YAP customers, the overhaul and tire statistics are enabled only for those who have the specific YAP module, REVISION or TIRES.
