This service allows you to digitise your paper archive and collect customer signatures, when needed, directly on your tablet.

The e-Sign service allows you to find documents quicker and to organise your office space more effectively, because it no longer needs to be taken up by pile of papers. It also conveys a more up-to-date and professional image of your workshop to customers, who are now used to managing everything from tablets or smartphones.
By combining the service with qualified electronic signatures, the technical inspector at the inspection centre can also sign inspection reports via the MyYAP application or directly from YAP, allowing them to be stored and consulted within the management system.
