Putting people at the centre means respecting, protecting and growing the ecosystem around us.

This belief is an integral part of our vision and has led us to implement specific action to reduce our business impact for a greener future and develop of the community within which we live and work on a daily basis.

We have installed photovoltaic panels on all the buildings on our campus. This choice allows us to cover a significant portion of our energy needs, bringing us ever closer to our goal of complete autonomy in this area. Our commitment to the use of renewable energy is a tangible demonstration of how technology can be used to create a positive impact.

Our campus is not just a work space, it’s a green oasis. We have created an outdoor garden that houses water-efficient medicinal plants. This space is designed to foster the connection between humans and nature, nurturing everyone’s sense of responsibility for the environment in which we live.

To help reduce exhaust emissions, we have installed electric vehicle charging stations that are freely accessible to all our employees. We also support the municipal “Bike to Work” campaign, encouraging the use of bicycles for home-to-work commutes and helping to reduce air pollution. In this way, we encourage healthier and environmentally friendly habits.

Our focus on sustainability even extends to small everyday actions. We have installed water dispensers to eliminate the use of single-use plastic bottles, drastically reducing waste production. We also work with local growers to offer zero-km fruits and vegetables, ensuring not only the freshness and quality of the produce, but also supporting the local economy and reducing transportation-related emissions.

The future of our community depends on the opportunities we can offer young people. That is why every year we awars scholarships to various local universities and colleges, contributing in our own small way to fostering a fertile and vibrant environment. We also periodically welcome young people for internships aimed at offering real opportunities for growth.
