At MMB, we know that innovation is not just about code; it is also about the power of relationships. In recent years, our company has grown rapidly, leading us to handle ever larger and more challenging projects. This rapid evolution has never made us lose sight of our values. To make sure these are shared at all levels of the organization and are the compass for all our decisions, we conduct avoluntary corporate climate survey every two years.
In 2025, we partnered with Great Place to Work®, an internationally renowned research, technology and organizational consulting firm. Thanks to the dedicated team, we designed an anonymous questionnaire that allowed us to analyze 5 dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and cohesion. The survey was submitted to all MMB Software employees and the adherence was really positive, standing at 84%.
OUR RESULTS: Excellence and Transparency.
The data from the analysis reflect a healthy work environment based on mutual trust and well-being. Going into detail about the metrics we are most proud of, the best results relate to the relationship with management and perceived safety.
The survey shows solid, humane leadership: 97% of respondents said that Managers behave honestly and ethically. This integrity translates into open communication, with 91 percent of employees emphasizing that Managers are available and easy to reach, and 94 percent acknowledging their competence in leading the company.
Care for people also emerges on the side of perceived contractual and environmental security: 95 percent of the team believes that dismissal would be considered only as a last resort. Similarly, 95 percent value our locations, believing that the facilities actively contribute to a good working climate.
This sense of belonging flows into deep corporate pride: 94 percent of employees proudly state that they work for this organization.
These results confirmed that we share the founding values of our company, and allowed us to obtain Great Place to Work© certification, being among the Italian companies recognized as quality workplaces with attention to their people and leadership capable of spreading a positive organizational culture.
This achievement for us does not represent an end point, but an incentive to do even more. We know that the world of work is evolving rapidly, and to remain competitive and ahead of the curve, we must continue to invest in the most valuable resource we have: people.
